Grievance Procedure under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act

This Grievance Procedure is established to meet the requirements of ADA Title II, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Colorado’s HB21-1110. It may be used by anyone who wishes to file a complaint alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in any city-provided service, activity, program, or benefit. The City’s Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual governs employment-related complaints of disability discrimination.

To file a complaint, please complete our Complaint/Grievance Form or submit your complaint using one of the alternative methods listed below. Complaints must be submitted as soon as possible but no later than 60 calendar days after the alleged violation
